Delivery Process
A service fee is applied to orders delivered, however, the actual service fees charged may vary. For example, same day deliveries, weekend, and holiday service fees may be higher.
• For residential deliveries: if the recipient is not available at the time of the delivery, the delivery person may either leave the floral arrangement in a safe place (per the customer’s request) for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the next day.
• For business deliveries: in the event the business is closed or not accepting deliveries, a delivery attempt will be made the next
business day.

Delivery Disclaimer
If for some reason a client needs to cancel an order and does so 2 days prior to delivery, they will be given a full credit towards a future order.
Flowers By Jessie shall not be held liable for any interruption of service due to causes beyond its control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; acts of God; acts of public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority; insufficient information provided by a customer; or natural disasters.
WE ONLY DELIVER TO THE ADDRESSES provided by the customer. Please verify addresses when making purchases. Changes in delivery addresses must be made via e-mail at least 24 hours prior to delivery date if possible. Additionally, YOU DO NOT NEED A PAY PAL ACCOUNT TO CHECK OUT THROUGH PAY PAL.
